Start your onboarding journey with the SingleView B2B API Suite

Before accessing the SingleView B2B API Suite, organizations must complete the onboarding process. This process helps us understand your integration requirements, assess expected API usage, and ensure that the appropriate services and environments are provisioned for your organization.

Getting Started

The onboarding process begins when your organization submits a request for API access to the SingleView business team via email.

Upon receiving the request, the business team will review your requirements and collect the information needed to support your integration.

Information Required

To help us evaluate your onboarding request, please provide the following information:

Anticipated API Consumption

Share your expected API usage, including estimated request volumes and transaction activity. This information helps determine the appropriate service configuration and capacity planning.

APIs or Services of Interest

Specify the APIs or services you intend to integrate with, such as:

  • Account statement
  • Balance enquiry
  • IBAN verification
  • POS transactions
  • Raw statement
  • Single payment
  • Bulk payment
  • Payroll payouts
  • SADAD Bills

Providing this information helps streamline the onboarding process and ensures that the relevant services are enabled for your organization.

Use Case and Integration Objectives

Describe your intended use case and business objectives, including:

  • The purpose of the integration
  • Expected business workflows
  • Target users or systems
  • Any specific operational requirements

This information helps our teams understand your implementation needs and provide appropriate guidance.

What Happens Next?

After receiving your request, the business team will:

  1. Review the submitted information.
  2. Validate the requested services and use cases.
  3. Clarify any outstanding requirements, if necessary.
  4. Coordinate with the technical team to initiate onboarding activities.

Outcome

Once the initial review is completed, your onboarding request will be forwarded to the technical team for environment setup, access provisioning, and integration preparation.

You can then proceed with the remaining onboarding steps, including establishing connectivity, configuring authentication, and testing your integration in the sandbox environment.
